Asphalt and Rubber Roof for big custom home in Tiverton
This is a 33 square asphalt roof job with roughly 10 squares of Rubber Roof
Walkout deck, slate roof in Newport
This is a very technical project in Newport, RI. We are cutting into the slate roof to create a walkout deck on the third floor master suite. We are going to use an internal copper scupper system that will funnel all of the water from the rubber roof deck the to the exterior of the house. Then we will be building a sleeper'ed mahogany deck on top. Then we are installing a clear poplar lap siding and using a Pella slider door. Once the deck is completed, we will do a repair on the old slate roof to give the house a rejuvenation to its old character.
